• Couples 4-step Gottman Method Intake Assessment Process:​​​​​​​
  • Initial couples session 80 – 110 minutes ($200.00 – $225.00)
  • 2 Individual 80-minute sessions  ($180.00 each)
  • HIPAA secure Online Relationship Checkup and assessment preparation ($250.00)
  • Feedback & Treatment Planing Session 80-minutes ($200.00)

Sliding Scale

I offer sliding scale services to a limited number of clients please feel free to discuss this with me during your free 30-minute consultation.

Insurance

Confidentiality and privacy are of great importance to most people who are seeing me, so for this reason I don’t bill insurance directly.

I can provide a detailed receipt for you to obtain reimbursement from your insurer if they pay for out of network providers.

I have found subscribers typically receive more accurate information from their insurance companies than providers do, so this is why recommend that you make the call yourself.

Payment

• Cash, check, Visa, Master card, Discover and  FSA/HSA cards are accepted for payment. (Please note there is a $5.00 fee to process Credit Cards).
  • Payment is due at time of service

Good Faith Estimate:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
